That is probably what you need.
If your hard drive isn't showing up on the list of drivers in install windows or your windows image, make sure to go to the website of your Laptop manufacturer and download their STORAGE DRIVERS.
Confused? If you have a Dell laptop, open your search browser and search for "Dell Storage Drivers Win 11" (or whatever O|S you're using) and when you download them, EXTRACT TO USB!!!! Don't install them on your computer yet!
From the hard drive installation menu, you'll later download them from the flash drive, so you can locate the necessary hard drive to install on.
